Art Policies

Please submit your electronic art to lm@aztecco.com.

Aztec is a PC based platform using Corel Draw as its main graphic program. Artwork submitted should be VECTOR based, not bitmap based. Other accepted programs are:

Corel Draw
Adobe Illustrator - Version 10 or lower
Microsoft Word

We do accept other forms but an art charge may be incurred.

Any provided list of names must be typed and faxed to 816-524-7987 or provided in Microsoft Word (handwritten is not acceptable).

The customer will be emailed a jpeg file for the artwork approval and must respond with their approval by fax or email before any production will begin.
